Is there a fee to join the Trip Begin partner programme?
No. Registering as a partner is completely free. There are no setup fees, monthly subscriptions or minimum booking requirements. You only pay when you make a booking — deducted from your pre-funded wallet.
How does the wallet payment system work?
You pre-fund your account wallet using a payment method of your choice (card, bank transfer, PayPal, bKash, Nagad or SSLCommerz). When you book for a client, the booking amount is deducted from your wallet balance. You can top up at any time from your partner dashboard.
What happens if my wallet balance is too low to complete a booking?
If your wallet balance is insufficient for a booking, you will see a prompt to top up before confirming. The booking will not be charged until you have sufficient funds. There are no overdraft facilities — top-ups are instant via card.
Can my clients see Trip Begin's branding on booking documents?
No. Trip Begin operates as your silent back-end technology partner. All booking confirmation PDFs are generated with your company name, logo, support email and phone number. Your clients interact only with your brand.
How long does partner approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Our partner team may request additional information such as a copy of your travel agency licence or company registration certificate. You will be notified by email at each stage.
Can I create accounts for my staff or sub-agents?
Yes. From your partner dashboard, you can create and manage sub-agent accounts. Each sub-agent has their own credentials and can make bookings under your master account. All bookings by sub-agents are visible in your central dashboard.
Which countries and currencies are supported?
